This time it was a lifestyle shoot. I took the models to a local bar, walking in downtown Athens, and to an old train depot. I'm getting the hang of this.
So I have this white board at work that I use to write down deadlines I need to remember for the week. As I complete projects I free up space on the board which leaves me a mostly empty white space on Fridays. Not able to have a blank canvas go to waste, I end the week with a character drawing. Can you name them all?
I'm posting this now because I felt appreciated in an unusual way when I returned last Monday. The maids who come in to vacuum and empty my fast-food-wrapper-packed waste basket left me a note. :-) I guess I'll have to keep this up now.
I was a member of the press working for ScienceFiction.com at this year's Dragon Con in Atlanta, GA. It was a pretty great experience. The convention is most known for a parade Saturday morning and I took pictures from the "press corral" and was escorted into the parade for close-up shots of the participates.
Check out my cosplay round-up here.
I recently painted our upstairs bathroom and stocked it with Disney-themed toiletries. The final touch was this picture I drew it with Prisma colored pencils on toned-tan paper. It might be the first in a line of Disney drawings.
